Where should I stay?

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western in Pembroke (~5 mins drive from the venue). To book, please call the hotel (613-735-0131) and ask to book in the Kirkpatrick block. This will give you a 20% discount on your room(s). Both Friday and Saturday nights are available. The deadline to book the rooms is August 18th, 2025.

What should I wear?

Aim for cocktail attire.

Will it be a cash bar or an open bar?

It will be an open bar! Please do not BYOB to the venue, there will be plenty of drinks provided.
